Many have written about the health benefits or lack thereof of
certain foods for the body. Typically these perspectives focus on the
effect that certain foods have on being either causes or preventers of
health issues. However modern physics findings offer a different
perspective on what proper food for the body really is.
The Body According to Modern Physics
Physical things that can be touched and felt are referred to as matter. This means that the human body is also physical and consequently matter. According to modern physics there is nothing "physical" about matter. The reality according to physics is that 99.99% of what people consider to be physical or matter is nothing but empty space. Quantum physics says that the typical electron that orbits around its atoms' nucleus is approximately twenty miles away from its center. Twenty miles! When it is realized that atoms are the building blocks of molecules which are the building blocks of tissue which are the building blocks of organs which the entire human body is a conglomeration of, we quickly find that what was once considered to be physical, the human body, is anything but that.
Food is the Problem
If modern physics is true and matter is nothing more than empty space appearing to exist in a physical way, how come people don't see the actual empty space reality of matter? There are a few reasons for this but one of the biggest reasons is the food that is regularly consumed. While it is true that food is needed to sustain the body food should also help a person "see" things as they are. If the reality is that matter is empty space or energy and people believe that it is something other than this, then something is preventing people from seeing things as they actually are. The diet consumed in western societal cultures contributes to seeing the illusory nature of matter as it grounds and condenses energy instead of allowing it to flow freely. This means that the elements which compose the human body are rendered heavier therefore blocking perception of the subtle energy reality and reinforcing the gross reality as being the only reality. Meats of all kinds, processed and cooked foods are the types of foods which do this.
Food is the Cure
Many today advocate the benefits of a vegetarian diet. There are many reasons for this. One of them not often stated is the effect that a consumption of a diet of this type has on a person's ability to see things as they really are. Vegetables, fruits, nuts, water and juices render the elements of the body as light as opposed to heavy. This makes it easier to perceive the subtle energy reality of things and should be consumed by the person who wants to see things how they are.
Conclusion
Modern physics has proven that matter is not solid but that it is in reality energy in different forms of vibration. Consumption of the western societal diet prevents people from seeing the reality of matter. For the person content with interacting with so called matter in a way that is not real, then he/she should continue eating and drinking whatever he/she pleases. However for the person who wants to experience the reality of matter and hence life, a vegetarian diet is the first step in doing so and is therefore a must.
